LEASES
We have several non-cancelable operating leases primarily related to buildings, office equipment and computer systems. Certain land and building leases have renewal options generally for periods ranging from 5 to 10 years.
Future minimum lease payments under non-cancelable operating leases as of October 3, 2015, were as follows (in thousands):
Rent expense for all operating leases was $9.4 million, $9.8 million and $9.8 million for fiscal years 2015, 2014, and 2013, respectively. Rent expense for the transition period ended September 27, 2013 was $2.5 million.
